The history of Salumificio Coati takes us back to its founding in the late 19th century when Adolfo and Teresa worked at their grocery store in Marano di Valpolicella, in the province of Verona. Adolfo and Teresa’s work meant personal contacts with their customers. That was more than a hundred years ago. We are now into the fourth generation. Whether on the management side or during key production stages, Beatrice, Federica and Giampaolo, with parents, still share the same passion for their work.
The entire range of products on offer and the ability to work and evolve together – constantly – combine to make Salumificio Fratelli Coati a flexible company capable of meeting the various needs of the small- and large-scale retail channels.
